Refund policy
A one year warranty is provided on materials and workmanship from the date of delivery acceptance.
Exclusions include normal wear and tear, scratches, improper usage and installation, overloading, conditions beyond the manufacturer’s control not limited to product modification or misuse. Warranty covers the cost of the defective product only, and not the cost of removal or installation, or other incidentals. Determinations to be made by BedSled® after verification of product damage.
BedSled® provides a 30 day open return policy. The seller will refund the purchase price paid, less 15% restocking fee. Returns to be made in original packaging please.
A 30 day free shipping return policy is honored on damaged goods. For any other concerns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
